Call out for participants.

We are looking for mother-performers to contribute to a research project on vocal changes and identity during pregnancy and post-partum. The first phase of this research is a pilot study which will take place from late June to early August 2026. It will take place at your home (or we can arrange another location if you prefer). The session with last 1-2 hours and will be arranged for a mutually convenient time. It will be a relaxed, informal session where your voice will be recorded speaking and singing using a head mic.

In order to take part in this project, you must be:

• Over 18
• Currently pregnant or have given birth in the last year.
• Completed a minimum 1-year course of conservatoire standard training in Musical Theatre and/or have at least one professional Musical Theatre credit.
